By accessing or using Goo.az ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


2. Description of Service

Goo.az is a self-hosted file transfer and sharing platform that allows users to upload, share, and download files via secure links.


3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the files you upload. You agree not to upload, share, or distribute any content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Violates the privacy or rights of any individual

4. File Storage and Deletion

Files are stored temporarily until the transfer expires or is manually deleted. After expiration, files are permanently deleted within 24 hours. We do not guarantee long-term storage of any files.


5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to distribute illegal content, spam, or any material prohibited by the laws of Azerbaijan or your country of residence. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.


6. Disclaimer of Liability

Goo.az is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of files uploaded by users. We do not monitor uploaded content but reserve the right to remove content reported as violating these terms.


7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.


8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
